LOS ANGELES, CA, January 14, 2020 — Acclaimed guitarist, producer, songwriter and founding member of The Section and Immediate Family, Danny Kortchmar, is slated to appear at The NAMM Show, which takes place in Anaheim, January 16-19, 2020.
Kortchmar will serve as a panelist at the “’Real’ Songwriting Panel,” where some of the most successful songwriters in the business share their ideas on how to write songs that you mean, songs that move people, songs that say something and especially songs that live on. Kortchmar will appear alongside co-presenters Linda Perry, Troy Noka and Sam Hollander and moderator Steve Baltin. The session takes place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 18, at the Anaheim Hilton, Level 2, California Ballroom A, and is part of the convention’s TEC Tracks series.
Additionally, Kortchmar and his Immediate Family bandmate Steve Postell will be making an appearance at the G&L Guitar exhibition space (Booth #4833 Hall D) on Friday, January 17, at 1 p.m.
