Willcox Guitars U.S. Appoints Clyne Media to Lead Marketing and Media Initiatives
— Company begins new strategic business and marketing communications plan —
Carpinteria, California, March 13, 2015 – Willcox Guitars, an acclaimed instrument manufacturer and a leading innovator in guitar and bass pickups/transducers and related technologies through its proprietary LightWave Systems (LWS), has announced the appointment of Nashville- and New York-based firm Clyne Media Inc. to help guide the brand’s marketing and media relations initiatives, effective immediately. The retention of Clyne Media coincides with a flurry of activity for Willcox, including the expansion of its staff, upcoming new product announcements, updated and expanded branding and high profile end-user/artist stories.
Clyne Media is a specialized marketing communications/media relations agency, serving the needs of leaders in the musical instrument, professional audio, high-technology electronics and entertainment market sectors. Working closely with Tom Kowalczyk (Vice President of Sales and Marketing) and the rest of the Willcox management team, Clyne Media will pursue new editorial opportunities on behalf of Willcox and help focus public relations efforts with industry editors and independent journalists. Agency President/CEO Robert Clyne will handle the account management, while dedicated company staff will cover media relations, technical writing, editing, social media and other initiatives.
