Veteran Bassist Mark Corradetti Endorses Willcox
Instruments and LightWave Systems

Carpinteria, California, April 1, 2015 – Willcox Guitars, an acclaimed instrument manufacturer and a leading innovator in guitar and bass pickups and related technologies through its proprietary LightWave Systems (LWS), is proud to welcome renowned veteran recording artist and bassist Mark Corradetti as an artist endorser. Corradetti currently uses Willcox’s Saber VL bass, a precision instrument that features a chambered swamp ash body, AAA flame maple top, three-piece rock maple neck, custom composite fingerboard, custom GraphTech monolithic bridge and LightWave System 2 analog optical pickup system. Corradetti is a signed artist with Rose Lane Studios, and an active session player for artists that span the globe. He currently resides in Franklin, Tennessee.

Since finishing at Berklee College of Music in 1987, where he studied composition and electric bass performance with such instructors as Whit Browne and Bruce Gertz, Corradetti has worked as a sideman and/or session musician for a number of artists spanning genres. Some musicians with whom Corradetti has worked include drummer, producer and songwriter Craig Krampf; “Sunny” writer/composer Bobby Hebb; drummer and songwriter Pete Barbeau; keyboardist and producer Clayton Ivey; blues guitarist Tony Sarno; artist Essra Mohawk; Atlantic recording artists South 65; producer and songwriter John Carter Cash; Universal recording artists Trailer Choir; Christian artist Keith Rovere; singer-songwriter Dawn Oberg; French artist Oliver Schlolaut; and dozens more. Corradetti is a member of international group Counting Clouds, whose blend of electronica, jazz and deep groove house music earned them a spot on the roster of German label Go Fish Records.

Coradetti notes, “The Saber VL is an amazing bass. It captures every nuance, every time, which allows me to trust in its performance, and play from my heart. One Man, One Bass.”

Tom Kowalczyk, VP of Sales and Marketing for Willcox Guitars U.S., stated, "Mark Corradetti is a true talent and a discerning musician, and we are proud to have him on board as an artist endorser. Our Willcox instruments and proprietary LightWave Systems are designed to be solutions for real professionals, and I believe Mark recognizes and values this for his own craft. We look forward to hearing all the great music he makes while playing his Willcox Saber VL bass or any of the other models from our customizable product line."
