AES Nashville Section to Host “Plug-In and Play” Audio
Software Showcase Event at Topgolf Nashville


— Leading digital audio console manufacturers will join in on the fun, each with a demonstration
area to share their latest innovations, answer questions and to join in on the action —


New York, NY, December 20, 2018 — The AES Nashville Section has announced their first-ever “Plug-In and Play” audio software showcase event at Topgolf Nashville sports entertainment complex on Tuesday, January 15, 2019. The event, featuring a variety of live sound oriented products from digital audio console manufacturers Allen & Heath, Avid, Group One, DiGiCo, Music Tribe Commercial NV, Solid State Logic and Yamaha Corp, will combine a casual golfing atmosphere with a chance to learn about the latest offerings in digital audio software updates, new products and integration into your production workflow. Both team and individual registration is available, and proceeds will benefit the AES Nashville Section.

Software is now fully integrated into audio production workflow, with digital console software updates, plug-ins and processing platforms proliferating at a dizzying pace. This Plug-In and Play event offers an opportunity for engineers and audio production professionals to network with each other, as well as experts from top manufacturers while they share their latest innovations, answer questions and join in the action in the hitting bays.

Events will begin at 10am, when participants will gather to get acquainted with and meet exhibitors. From 11am – 2pm the golf bays will be available with buffet lunch provided at noon. The adjoining exhibit room will be open from 10am until 3pm. Come swing and support AES Nashville and refine your golfing skills for the spring AudioMasters golf tournament while you get up to date on software production tools while networking with your peers.

A 6-pack Golf Team is $ 450.00 (Includes Lunch) – Team member names are needed at time of registration.

Individual participant registration is $ 75.00 (Includes Lunch) – Individuals will be placed on a golf team.

Golf bays are limited - get your team together and register today! Registration and Player Payment Deadline is January 4, 2019.

The exhibit area will be open to all interested audio pros and students. Registration is not required to visit the exhibits in the 10am to 3pm window, however, golf activities and lunch participation requires pre-registration and payment.
