SERVICES (SPARS) SPONSOR "THE MIX @ NAB"
The P&E Wing and SPARS Bring Together Leading Engineers, Producers
and Manufacturers of the Audio Community for a Gala Event at NAB
SANTA MONICA, Calif. — At the 2007 National
Association of Broadcasters Convention (NAB) held last month in Las
Vegas, the Producers & Engineers Wing (P&E Wing) of The Recording
Academy®, and the Society Of Professional Audio Recording Services
(SPARS) sponsored "The Mix @ NAB" — a gala cocktail
reception/networking event. Held April 16, at the Las Vegas Hilton Roof
Pool Deck, "The Mix @ NAB" brought together members of the
audio community including producers, engineers, remixers, manufacturers,
technologists and other related creative and technical professionals.
"The Mix" is part of an ongoing series of events
held around the country hosted by the P&E Wing that provides a platform
for key industry leaders to meet and exchange ideas in a casual and
social environment.

Established in 1957, the National Academy of Recording
