Leading Music Innovator Roland to Hold Live Stream Broadcast, Friday
September 9, 2016, with Exclusive Artist Performances and Launch of 30+ New Products
Broadcast of “The Future. Redefined.” 24-hour Musical Instruments Festival features a grand finale from L.A. with artist performances by Saint Motel, Echosmith, DJ Pierre, Judith Hill, Smallpools and She Wants Revenge,among others

Los Angeles, CA, September 7, 2016 — On September 9, 2016 (#909day), musical instrument innovator Roland will be hosting a first-of-its-kind 24-hour streaming online musical instruments festival, “The Future. Redefined.” More than 30 new products will debut during the streaming video broadcasts from VIP events in eight major cities around the world. Artists performing during the festival include DJ Pierre, DJ Trayze, Echosmith, Judith Hill, Masego, MOON, Ric’key Pageot, SAARA, Saint Motel, She Wants Revenge, Smallpools, Tal Wilkenfeld, and Lola Astanova, among others. Additionally, the performing artists will be autographing a variety of Roland gear that will be auctioned at a later date to benefit MusiCares®, the non-profit organization established by The Recording Academy® to help music people in times of hardship.
Many of the products debuting during the 24-hour festival will be showcased during this broadcast, and an encore DJ performance will close out the festivities. Throughout the whole festival, Roland will introduce new synthesizers, digital pianos, electronic drums, DJ equipment, BOSS guitar-related products, accessories and a new genre of musical instrument never offered before by Roland.
