InfoComm, Orlando, FL, June 14, 2023 — Audio-Technica (booth 3554), a leading innovator in transducer technology for 60 years, announces integration between its ATND1061DAN beamforming ceiling array microphone and a wide range of AVer PTZ cameras designed for video collaboration.
When deployed in high-impact spaces from executive boardrooms to lecture halls, the ATND1061DAN ceiling array microphone delivers clear voices to the far end, even with multiple talkers via digital Dante™ audio outputs. The AVer PTZ Link software (supported on Windows and Mac) will accept the ATND1061DAN multicast talker location data and coordinate with the AVer camera to quickly recall the respective camera preset location and auto-track the camera to the recognized talker. Also, the software can use talker position data from the ATND1061DAN to recall stored preset position data configurations for the cameras.
Together, these technologies offer an enhanced, streamlined videoconferencing and presentation experience for end users and a simplified integration and setup process for installers.
Matt Markgraf, Audio-Technica U.S. Strategic Partnership/Alliance Manager, remarks, “Audio-Technica continues to expand the compatibility of the ATND1061DAN with third-party components and software, offering system integrators and end users alike a series of turnkey conferencing system solutions. AVer PTZ cameras are the latest addition to our roster of ATND1061DAN partners, and we are confident that this will be a useful combination of technologies for users in the field.”
