Guitar Center and The Offspring Launch “Why Don’t You Get a Job?” Sweepstakes

One lucky fan will travel to a tour stop, join The Offspring onstage and take home a signed Ibanez guitar

Westlake Village, CA (July 3, 2025) — Guitar Center and legendary punk band The Offspring join forces to offer an unforgettable fan sweepstakes inspired by the band’s iconic anthem “Why Don’t You Get a Job?”. Launching July 3, the sweepstakes will send one winner and a friend to a tour stop on The Offspring’s SUPERCHARGED Worldwide in ’25 Tour, featuring Jimmy Eat World and New Found Glory. As part of the prize, the winner will step onstage to hand The Offspring guitarist, Noodles, his guitar in front of a live crowd and receive a signed Ibanez Noodles signature guitar.

“We’ve played a lot of shows over the years, but getting to bring a fan onstage and hand off my guitar is a first,” said Kevin “Noodles” Wasserman, The Offspring. “Guitar Center has always been part of the gear journey for so many musicians, including me, so teaming up to create a moment like this just feels right.”

The sweepstakes runs July 3–16, and the onstage moment will take place at one of the band’s tour stops between August and September. The SUPERCHARGED Worldwide in ’25 Tour kicks off July 11 and runs through September 7 across North America.

“At Guitar Center, we’re always looking for ways to bring people closer to the music they love,” said Gabe Dalporto, Guitar Center, CEO. “This sweepstakes reflects our commitment to live music and the unique experiences that connect artists and fans in unforgettable ways.”

For more information and to enter the sweepstakes, visit guitarcenter.com beginning July 3.
