CONSUMER ELECTRONICS SHOW, LAS VEGAS, NV, January 8, 2007 — The Harman Specialty Group, a Harman International Company (NYSE-HAR), is announcing two management changes to enhance product management, and sales management of the Lexicon and Revel brands. The announcement was made by John Batliner, President of the Harman Specialty Group, and underscores Harman International’s ongoing commitment to the global expansion of its brands, while ensuring the continued growth of the Harman Specialty Group.

Andrew Clark has been appointed to the newly created position of Vice President of Product Management for the Harman Specialty Group. In his new role, Andrew will spearhead product management for the Lexicon, Revel, and Mark Levinson brands acting as a conduit between engineering and the market. In this position, Andrew will work closely with HSG’s Research & Development arm so future product introductions and enhancements draw not only on technology developments, but also market driven factors. Additionally, he will continue to direct the marketing activities for Lexicon and Revel. Prior to his new appointment, Andrew held the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Lexicon and Revel.

Henry “Hank” Finke has been named Senior Director of Sales for Lexicon and Revel. In his new position, Hank is responsible for coordinating the sales efforts both domestically and internationally for the renowned Lexicon and Revel product lines. He will focus his efforts on growing the brands in the Custom Installation and Specialty Retail channels, drawing on his extensive industry experience and wide range of contacts while building lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships with HSG’s distributors, representatives, and dealers. Prior to his promotion, Hank held the position of Senior Director of North American Sales and Marketing for Lexicon and Revel.

Commenting on the new appointments, John Batliner stated, “In the ten plus years that Andrew Clark has been with HSG, he has shown a great ability to translate market requirements into product definitions. This is the key in meeting our objective for the continuing development of market driven products on behalf of Lexicon, Revel, and Mark Levinson. We are also extremely fortunate to have Hank Finke who, over the past year, has done a tremendous job in leading the Lexicon and Revel sales charge throughout North America. Hank’s role is now being expanded to include the international market. With seasoned professionals like Andrew and Hank, I am confident that we’re prepared to sustain the growth of the Harman Specialty Group in coming years.”
