RAYMOND GRIFFIN APPOINTED REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
FOR LEXICON AND REVEL BRANDS
CONSUMER ELECTRONICS SHOW, LAS VEGAS, NV, January
6, 2005 — In its continued support and expansion of the leading
consumer audio brands Lexicon and Revel, the Harman Specialty Group,
a Harman International Company (NYSE-HAR), has appointed Raymond Griffin
as Regional Sales Manager. The announcement was made by Bart Lo Piccolo,
National Sales Manager at the Bedford, Massachusetts-based company,
and signals the Harman Specialty Group’s ongoing commitment to
fulfilling the demands of the burgeoning high-end consumer audio market.
In his new position, Griffin is responsible for coordinating
the accelerated sales efforts for the acclaimed Lexicon and Revel product
lines throughout the country. Carrying out HSG’s dedication to
building lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships with its representatives
and dealers, Griffin will focus on managing the sales effort as well
as providing sales training on new products for Lexicon and Revel. He
will additionally direct new methods to target as well as create opportunities
for maximizing brand recognition and market penetration.
Griffin previously acted as Marketing/Custom Installation
Director at Audio Images Stereo Inc. in Whitehall, PA. Through his experience
working in close cooperation with discerning homebuilders, interior
designers and homeowners, Griffin developed and implemented an aggressive
and highly successful marketing plan and was the top salesman for the
cutting-edge installation firm. He increased not only sales quantity,
but also efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Commenting on the appointment, Bart Lo Piccolo stated,
