Audio-Technica and NETGEAR announce integration partnership to streamline networked audio deployments
— Simplified configuration, enhanced performance, and faster setup for professional AV environments —
InfoComm, Orlando, FL, June 11, 2025 — Audio-Technica (booth 3716), a leading innovator in transducer technology for over 60 years, is proud to announce a new integration partnership with NETGEAR, aimed at simplifying and optimizing the deployment of Audio-Technica’s networked audio systems. This collaboration includes a new Audio-Technica custom audio profile, now available on NETGEAR AV managed switches, designed to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Audio-Technica’s networked products in professional AV environments.
With Audio-Technica’s dedicated profile built into the NETGEAR AV OS™, system integrators can take advantage of automatic device discovery and visual port identification, drastically reducing configuration time and eliminating guesswork. When Audio-Technica devices are connected and the profile is selected, ports are automatically configured, making setup quicker, more accurate, and more efficient.

The Audio-Technica custom profile leverages standard MTU data packet size settings for maximum compatibility, ensures reliable data transmission across networks, and prevents audio latency and jitter — critical factors for real-time streaming applications. The integration also enhances PTP clock synchronization accuracy and optimizes multicast traffic management, ensuring smooth and dependable audio delivery throughout the system.
